We always urge our customers to contact us by email, as this provides us with a record of all correspondence. We always endeavour to reply within 2 hours if you contact us during office hours, and if we need more time to deal with your query, we will try to let you know the reason for the delay.

Please bear in mind that we are a FAMILY FRIENDLY company! When our children are home we like to be with them too!

Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 4:30pm
Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm
Saturdays Excluding Bank Holiday weekends 10:00am - 2:00pm *see below

*Saturdays - we sometimes trade at festivals and health shows so very occasionally we close on a Saturday. If you intend to visit us on a Saturday it may be worth giving us a ring or emailing us to make sure we are open!
If you have trouble contacting us by phone
Generally we always keep our phones and shop manned. However occasionally we need to close during office hours, or may not be able to answer the phone. Before you become frustrated please see our possible reasons below!
Saturdays - we sometimes trade at festivals and health shows so very occasionally we close on a Saturday (about 2-3 times per year).
Weekdays - we may be short staffed and very occasionally we may need to close for 30min lunch.
If we are short staffed and we are serving a customer in the shop, we may not be able to answer the phone.
Should we not answer the phone during office hours, please email us or call back a little later. Otherwise leave a message and we'll return your call as soon as we can.
In addition, we occasionally monitor emails remotely at varying times out of hours especially if we have been short staffed.
OPENING TIMES VARIATIONS
School Holidays
As we are a family-run business, there may be occasions when need to operate scattered, limited office hours during the school holidays if we are short staffed for sickness or holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding at these times.
Bank Holidays
The shop will be closed on the Saturdays of Bank Holiday weekends plus the Tuesdays following the Bank Holiday Monday. We are also closed on Good Friday. All orders and enquiries will be processed as quickly as we possibly can on the Wednesday following bank holidays. The shop will be closed for approximately 1 week over the Christmas period. We will inform you of exact dates on the front page at the time. | |
