DELIVERY INFO
Delivery on all orders within the UK is charged at a flat rate of £5 (+ VAT) per order.
Items are usually received within 7 days, many within 48 hours, but please allow up to 10 working days for receipt of your order. You will receive an email once your order has been processed, and, whenever possible, we will inform you of the expected delivery timescale for your items.
For UK orders: We use Royal Mail, usually first class or standard parcels, depending on the weight of your order. We also use Initial City Link for larger and bulkier items who offer a complete online tracking service and guaranteed next working day delivery. Your tracking number can be given on request if this facility is used.
If your order is sent by another courier, we will advise details on how to track your parcel using the given reference
For Overseas orders: We use Airmail which can take up to 3-5 days, or maybe longer depending on destination. If the weight exceeds 2Kg, we use Surface Mail which can take a lot longer. Expected delivery cost and delivery timescale is available on request as it will depend on weight and destination.
